Nedcomoaks, a brand with over two decades of impact in Nigeria’s real estate industry, partnered with Jivagate Consulting to deliver a strategic New Year retreat. The retreat was designed to foster alignment, define goals, and equip the team with the clarity and motivation to drive the company’s vision forward in the new business year. It was structured around three core phases: Strategy, Training & Development, and Recreation, all carefully planned and executed by Jivagate Consulting.
What We Did & Results
Strategy
We facilitated departmental closeout sessions to review wins, challenges, and lessons from the previous year, followed by forward-focused presentations outlining goals, action steps, and KPIs for 2025. Leadership alignment sessions ensured all departments connected to the broader company vision. As a result, each team left with clear, outcome-driven goals and a documented next-steps plan, enabling a focused approach to achieving objectives across sales, marketing, client service, and operations.
Training & Development
We designed and delivered interactive learning experiences on key themes including mental wellness, leadership and emotional intelligence, team dynamics, collaboration, productivity, and effective communication. Facilitators led practical exercises, breakout discussions, and hands-on tasks. The sessions strengthened individual and team performance, boosting confidence, skills, and readiness to execute business strategies effectively.
Recreation & Team Bonding
We organized activities such as Bonfire Night, charades and team games, role plays, and swimming breaks to foster meaningful connection and trust among team members. These experiences enhanced interdepartmental communication, strengthened team cohesion, and created an enjoyable environment for informal learning and relationship building.
Facilitator & Participant Engagement
We managed facilitator sourcing, communication, and scheduling, as well as participant logistics, ensuring a seamless, well-paced retreat experience. The structured engagement enabled knowledge transfer, collaboration, and alignment at all levels.
