Overview
LG Nigeria set out to support and empower dry cleaning businesses in Lagos. The goal was to provide business owners with essential knowledge, networking opportunities, and access to cutting-edge LG equipment with flexible payment options. Jivagate Consulting managed the project, ensuring seamless execution and strategic outreach to maximize impact.

What We Did
Business Sourcing and Outreach:
We identified and invited various dry-cleaning businesses for the training sessions. We also conducted physical outreach via a drive-through campaign across strategic locations in Lagos to personally engage businesses and distribute invitations.
Engagement and Follow-Up:
We built a comprehensive database for post-event communication and support and developed a follow-up plan to keep participants informed about future updates and opportunities.
Results
Execution
The project spanned two months and involved targeted outreach and physical engagement. The initiative featured multiple training sessions with a structured approach:

Attendance
The initiative successfully engaged dry cleaning businesses with over 60 of them in attendance. It also provided them with practical resources to improve their operations.
Impact
The training sessions led to an increased awareness of LG’s laundry equipment and flexible payment plans. There was also positive feedback from participants on the value of the training sessions and resources.
Follow-Up
We were able to create a comprehensive database of participants which will serve as a foundation for ongoing engagement and community-building.
